DESCRIPTION

The Design & Construct project included the complete internal demolition of the existing building including constructing a new Gaming Room, Sports Bar, Library Lounge/Wine Bar, Dining Room, Amenities & 2 No. Outdoor Alfresco’s. A fit-out was completed for the remainder of the Hotel bringing the existing building back to life.

The building was originally built in 1883 becoming the premier drinking venue in the area. Buildcept worked tirelessly with the client to ensure renovation of the existing building maintained its Victorian Heritage whilst adding a contemporary style transforming the hotel to the modern era.
