 DESCRIPTION
The contract for the construction of a new office development were inclusive of the design and construction of 8 offices, ranging from 87m² to 174m² respectively. The building façade is unique to other buildings on Redland Drive in size, appearance and colour, consisting of a structural steel canopy cladded in a Blue alucobond, 6.6m floor to ceiling double glazed aluminium windows, offering open air along with secure underground car parking.

Tenancies 1-4 were offered as double story offices, while 5-8 being single story.
