DESCRIPTION

The Palmerston is a mixed use development in the heart of Carlton consisting of six retail tenancies on the ground floor and thirteen boutique double story apartments above.

Working closely with I2C Design, the development showcases light filled apartments which open up to generous balconies and features natural recycled finishes to the exterior of the building.

This project was undertaken on a Design & Construct basis and Buildcept were able to deliver the project on time and on budget.
